We guarantee our pieces for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Although jewelry can last a lifetime, it's not indestructible. With constant wear (especially with rings), we cannot be liable for it. So, please make sure to get your jewelry checked and serviced, regularly. Also, please INSURE your jewelry, because we are not responsible for any loss or theft.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

 We accept exchanges or store credit for up to 7 days after purchase date, but custom & Bespoke orders are final sale.
