ORDERS  

All products are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. You will receive a second confirmation email containing your tracking number, once your order has been processed for shipment. 

When an item from our store is purchased, it takes time to process, create, and ship. Our goal is to try to deliver each purchase as quickly as possible. But because each item is made only at purchase, it will take about five business days before we ship it to you through the USPS. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed when you checkout.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS  

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. If you wish to exchange an order, please refer to our return policy.

PRICING

All prices are displayed through US dollars and exclude any import duties, tax and/or extra custom costs that you may incur upon the parcel's entry into it's international destination. Alyssa & Anna are not responsible to pay these charges and the responsibility of these charges are to the customer. 

PRODUCTS

While we have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen will accurately display the colors and images of each product. 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Orders take four to five business days to be processed and created before shipment. A confirmation email will be sent to you once order is shipped.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but items purchased are eligible for exchange and/or store credit within 2 weeks after the item is received. Item must be sent back in the same packaging it was originally sent in, along with your order form. Please note that all custom orders and sale item purchases are final.
